: First. scan the watch and e-mail me the pictures and what has happend to your watch, i will e-mail you an estimate, Or you can send the watch registered and well packed without your original box or original receipts where you bought the watch, Send to the above address, we will inspect the watch and e-mail the estimate, If you do not want to go ahead with the repair we will send it back but you would have to pay the P&P or shipping.

Royal Mail Special delivery will insure your watch up to £2,500 ,if you are unsure of the value of your watch go for the higher rate it only costs a little more. For all postal information go to Royal Mail web site and click on Postal Prices and then Special Delivery Next DayEnclose a copy of any correspondence and emails or the sending form. First Rule of sending watch to us for repair . Make sure the watch is insured during transit to us but do not put the value of the watch on any customs form or we will be charge import duty. Mark your customer declaration as
"Watch for repair has no value"
but ensure you have confirmed compensation for loss or damage with your carrier or Post Office

Many countries can provide a reliable and insured postal service check this option first. otherwise we recommend you send your watch by Fedex or a local international courier service if they can provide insurance cover. Please not carriers other than Fedex may not be able to handle to customs regulations for tempory imports into the UK. |

When we receive your watch the description is entered onto our database along with your name and address but not any personal details or credit card numbers. We will email you a receipt of the watch followed by an estimate for repair. |

Estimates are free but we may charge our postage cost for returning un repaired watches. |

Payment for proceeded repair can be made by credit card. or other agreed methods . Details of payment will be sent with the confirmation of charges. |
